Work

Different businesses. Same hands-on approach.

Start with what needs to work. Build the system around it. Keep it running. Here's what that looks like for our clients.

JH Cellular

Twelve wireless stores across Florida, in an industry where commissions arrive late, get clawed back without warning, and rarely match the point of sale on the first try.

  • The challenge. Payout gaps that were hard to find, pay plans that change often, and store data stuck in vendor portals with no usable export.
  • What we built. One internal platform for the money, the people and the stores: reconciliation, comp plans and payroll sign-off, hiring, schedules, scorecards, store checklists, team chat and a private assistant. Plus their public website.
  • How it runs. We host it, back it up and keep improving it, with sign-in through the company's own work accounts and a recorded trail for every change.

Back Home Bakery Co.

A cottage bakery in Fort Myers needed a site that does more than look nice: take the order, set up the pickup, and give the baker one place to run the week.

  • For customers. The menu and story, this week's bake, custom cookie requests and online ordering with pickup.
  • For the baker. An admin workspace to manage orders and the menu.
  • For later. Hosted and maintained, so changes are a request, not a project.
