Capabilities

Eight jobs.
One login.

Start with the one that hurts most. Each piece shares the same people, stores and records, so nobody re-keys anything.

Money

Reconciliation

Match every sale to what was actually paid. Every gap gets a reason, and a reviewer's ruling carries forward.

Money

Comp plans & payroll

Versioned pay plans, a payout engine and one-by-one sign-off before anything is paid.

People

Hiring & onboarding

From applicant to first shift: pipeline, interviews, offer letters and training.

People

Schedules & coverage

Budgeted hours across every location, with gaps, missed punches and overtime flagged early.

Stores

Store operations

Opening and closing checklists, deposits, store hours and the daily routines that keep a location honest.

Stores

Analytics & scorecards

Sales, staffing and goal pace by person and location, with trends over time and the reports someone used to rebuild by hand every week.

Data

Data that comes to you

Nightly collection from vendor portals that offer no usable export. Bad rows are set aside with a reason, never silently dropped.

Data

Your private assistant

Ask about sales, staffing or stock in plain English. It drafts; a person approves.

Process

Start with the messy part.

You bring the context. We bring the engineering. Then we stay for what comes next.

Show us the spreadsheet.

Or the inbox, the paper form, the process nobody wants to touch.

We map how you actually work.

People, handoffs, exceptions. The real process, before the first screen.

We ship in small pieces.

Use it, tell us what gets in the way, and shape what comes next.

We run it and keep improving.

Software is an ongoing responsibility. We own that with you.

Private AI

An assistant that works for you, not on you.

It knows your business because it reads your own records, with the same permissions as the person asking. It doesn't act on its own.

Private by design

It can run on private models, on hardware we control. Your data isn't used to train AI models.

Asks before acting

When it would send or change something, it prepares the action and waits for a person to approve it.

Every step logged

What it looked at and what was approved, kept with the rest of your audit trail.

Ask anything

Sales, staffing, stock: a plain-English answer that points back to the records it came from.

Drafts on request

Morning rundowns, coaching notes, follow-ups and recaps, ready for a person to review.

Works the exceptions

Walks a reviewer through unmatched items and explains each one.

How to start

Three ways in.

Most clients start small and grow. You'll have a written scope and price before any work starts.

Start here

Fix one process

Pick the spreadsheet costing you money or weekends. A scoped project, live in weeks rather than months.

Most complete

Managed platform

Your own instance, configured to your operation, hosted, backed up and maintained for you.

Everything under it

Full stack

Servers, network, sign-in, backups and a private assistant, with custom software on top.

Good questions

The questions people ask.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your records are yours, and we'll export them in standard formats whenever you ask.

Can it run in our cloud instead of yours?

Yes. It's built from standard containers and a standard database with no proprietary cloud dependency, so it can run on our hardware, in your building, or in your own cloud account.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your assistant can run on private models on hardware we control, and we don't use your data to train AI models.

What happens if something happens to a small firm like yours?

Your data is exportable at any time and the way your system is run is written down, so another capable team could pick it up. Ask us about the details for your agreement.

How long does it take?

A single, well-scoped process is usually live in weeks. A whole operations platform grows in pieces, so you're using the first part long before the last part exists.
