Short, because we collect almost nothing.
This policy covers the fetchpulse.org website. It explains what happens when you visit, what happens when you email us, and what you can ask us to do.
The short version
- You can read this whole site without giving us anything.
- No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.
- There are no forms that send data to us. If you email us, we use what you send to reply.
Who we are
FetchPulse LLC ("FetchPulse", "we", "us") builds and runs software, infrastructure and private AI for businesses. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@fetchpulse.org.
What we collect, and why

Cookies and similar technology
This site doesn't set any cookies of its own. The theme choice above uses your browser's local storage and stays on your device. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to tell people from automated abuse; it isn't used for advertising or to follow you across sites.
Fonts are served from our own site, not a font service, and the site loads no scripts from other companies.
Who handles your information
We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. A small number of service providers handle it for us, only to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from abuse.
- Google Workspace runs our email, so it holds the messages you send us.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people from fraud or harm, or to a successor if our business is sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We don't use your messages to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Technical request data is kept by our host for a limited time for security and reliability. We keep inquiry emails as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If your inquiry becomes a project, we keep the correspondence as part of our business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
When we work for our clients
When we build, host or support a system for a client, information about that client's own customers and staff belongs to the client. We handle it only on their instructions and under our agreement with them, and their privacy policy applies. If you're one of their customers, contact that business first; we'll help them answer you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email info@fetchpulse.org. We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll reply within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you send us and would tell you as the law requires if something went wrong.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and aren't meant for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Other sites
If we link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies there.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything new, we'll update this page before it does and change the date at the top.
